Cooking time: 5-10 minutes
Servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Wild Rice Cloudy Tom Yum soup
- 3-8 prawns
- 50g straw mushrooms
- 1/2 lime or lemon
Method:
- Pour the Tom Yum soup into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add prawns and mushrooms. Let cook for 2-5 minutes or until prawns are cooked.
- Pour into serving bowls and squeeze lime or lemon juice all over.
- Serve hot!
