10-minutes Chicken Green Curry

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 100g courgettes, thick sliced

  • 80g green beans, trimmed and halved

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • Wild Rice green curry (1 packet)

  • Steamed brown or jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the courgettes and green beans, and sauté until they are lightly browned and tender.

  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until it is thoroughly cooked through.

  3. Stir in the Wild Rice green curry and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

  4. Serve the curry over a bowl of steamed brown or jasmine rice for a complete meal.

  5. Enjoy your flavorful chicken green curry!
