20-minutes beef panang curry

Ingredients:

  • 300g top loin beef, thinly sliced

  • 100g potatoes, cubed

  • Jasmine rice, for serving

  • 1 bag of Wild Rice Panang red sauce

Instructions:

1. Cook the Potatoes: In a pot of boiling water, cook the cubed potatoes for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Beef: While the potatoes are cooking, heat a separate pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Combine the Ingredients: Add the cooked potatoes to the pan with the beef. Pour in the Panang sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

4. Serve: Plate the beef and potato mixture alongside a bowl of steamed jasmine rice.

5. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy!
