Cooking time: 3 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Wild Rice Massaman
- 250ml Chicken stock
- 1 Star Anise
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 100g Potatoes
- 50g Shallots
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Pour Wild Rice Massaman sauce into a roasting dish.
- Add 100ml of water, chicken stock, along with star anise, cinnamon stick, potatoes, and shallots.
- Cover with foil and put in the oven for 2 hours.
- Remove the foil and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Turn the shank and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Take out the shank and drain excess oil.
- Top with chili and cashew nuts.
- Enjoy!
